When Ryan Hreljac was just six years old, he learned of the great need for clean and safe water in developing countries and decided to take action. With the support of friends, family and his community, Ryan successfully raised enough money to build a well in Africa.

ICT4D, Kampala Uganda

The Ryan’s Well team and partners will be attending the ICT4D conference in Kampala Uganda. The 11th Information Communications Technology for Development (ICT4D) Conference brings together hundreds of public, private and civil society organizations, eager to share practical insights on applying digital technology to development, humanitarian, and conservation challenges. The Ryan’s Well team and partners are eager to participate, contribute and learn from the event.

Ryan will be giving a Keynote presentation at Unitarian House in Ottawa! Unitarian House is a not-for-profit, registered charity and our purpose is to run a home for seniors that is affordable, home like and offers quality care and services. Ryan is excited to come talk about how you’re never too young, or too old, to make a difference!
University of King’s College Alumni Association Brunch

Ryan will be at the University of King’s College in Halifax, Nova Scotia receiving the Meraki Kudos Young Achievement Award for his volunteer and professional work with the Ryan’s Well Foundation. A proud alum of King’s, Ryan is excited to be back in Halifax reconnecting with friends and professors!
