NEW YEAR PROJECT UPDATES!
Here's what you helped make happen - whether by donating or sharing and supporting our messages. These projects have provided access to safe water and improved sanitation and hygiene practices for chronically vulnerable communities in Rukungiri, Mitooma, and Ntungamo Districts for the year 2023/2024. All the selected 10 water sources for this phase were constructed successfully. The distance taken to find clean water has significantly reduced. The proximity of the water sources inside the communities has ensured that women and girls no longer have to walk a long distance to fetch water. The hygiene in households has improved as access to clean, safe water has increased. The beneficiary communities now wash their hands, cook, and clean utensils with clean water.
