  • St Gregory Catholic School: On June 13th, Ryan will be sharing his story with the students of St. Gregory Catholic School in Carleton Place, Ontario at 2 PM!
  • Kemptville Live Canadian Tire Raffle: From 2 PM to 6PM on June 16th, Ryan’s Well will be selling Kemptville Live Music Festival raffle tickets! By purchasing 1 ticket for $5 or 3 for $10, you will be entered into a draw for the chance to win a Fender guitar signed by Blue Rodeo’s Jim Cuddy, Colin James, and Bruce Cockburn! Can’t make it to this event? Call or drop by our office at 215 Van Buren street, or purchase your tickets at Geronimo Coffee and Nature’s Way! Drop by, meet Ryan, and ask any questions you may have about the Foundation :)
  • St. Paul Catholic School Leadership Retreat: On Monday, June 20th, Ryan will be speaking to the 7th & 8th graders of St. Paul Catholic School from 12:30-2 PM.

  • Canada Day at Riverside Park: Come join Ryan’s Well at Riverside Park in Kemptville as we celebrate Canada Day with Kemptville Live Music Festival! Ryan will be on hand selling tickets for our Fender guitar raffle (signed by Jim Cuddy, Colin James, and Bruce Cockburn!), so come on by and wish us a Happy Canada Day!
  • Kemptville Independent Grocer: On July 7th, Ryan will be at the Kemptville Independent grocery store from 3 PM to 6 PM selling raffle tickets for the Kemptville Live Music Festival.  By purchasing 1 ticket for $5 or 3 for $10, you will be entered into a draw for the chance to win a Fender guitar signed by Blue Rodeo’s Jim Cuddy, Colin James, and Bruce Cockburn!   • RYLA 2016: We are very excited to announce that our Communications Coordinator, Sophie, will be speaking to youths aged 18-30 on July 10th, 2016 at this year’s Rotary Youth Leadership Awards! Held in North Dakota, the RYLA program enables young people to debate issues of professional responsibility and human relations, improve leadership and communication skills, understand Conflict Resolution, learn about businesses and institutions and meet Rotarians while having fun and making friends.
  • The Ottawa Hospital BBQ: On July 20th from 11 AM to 2 PM, the Ottawa General Hospital will be holding a BBQ for Ryan’s Well! 100% of the proceeds raised from this event will go towards the Foundation.  Raffle tickets for our Kemptville Live Music Festival Fender Guitar raffle will also be available for purchase.  Come and hang out with Ryan and our summer student Virginia! They will be on hand all day to answer questions, take pictures, and have a good time!
  • Kemptville Live Music Festival: From July 22nd to July 24th, Ryan’s Well will be present at Kemptville Live Music Festival as the charity of choice! The festival will be located on the grounds of the Kemptville College.  Ryan’s Well will be present selling raffle tickets for the chance to win a Fender guitar signed by Blue Rodeo’s Jim Cuddy, Colin James, and Bruce Cockburn! Buy 1 ticket for $5 or 3 for $10.  Come hang out with Sophie and Ryan, take some pictures, and ask us any questions you may have about the Foundation!

  • St. Mary’s Catholic School: On September 8th, Ryan led a student leadership forum with 7th and 8th grade students at St. Mary’s Catholic School in Brockville, Ontario.
  • North Grenville Public Library: On September 8th, Ryan joined the Kemptville Library Tea Group at the North Grenville Public Library.

  • Ibero Ciudad de Mexico: Foro Crea: On October 13th, Ryan spoke at IBERO Ciudad Mexico: Foro Crea. The purpose of this conference is to demonstrate to Ibero students that anyone can reach their dream!  Young people can make a difference if we work together; big transformation always begin with a single step.   • 8TH World Youth Volunteer Conference: Held from November 3rd-5th, Ryan was the keynote speaker at the 8th World Youth Volunteer Conference. Set in Puebla, Mexico, the IAVE World Youth Volunteer Conference (WYVC) is a unique opportunity for young volunteers, up to age 29, to meet together, volunteer together, learn and reflect together. It has been held in conjunction with eight of the World Volunteer Conferences since 1998, bringing together hundreds of young people from every region of the world.
