The Ryan’s Well family consists of a passionate Board of Directors, Staff, Advisers and Regional Partners who share Ryan’s belief that ordinary people can do extraordinary things. They provide a broad range of skills and insights, as well as a shared commitment to making the world a better place by delivering safe water and sanitation to those in need.


Ryan Hreljac, Founder & Executive Director


Ryan is the founder of the Ryan’s Well Foundation and has been fundraising for clean water projects since the age of six. He attended Kings College University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and graduated in 2014 with a Double Major in International Development Studies and Political Science. Upon his return to Ryan’s Well, Ryan worked in Project Development and Outreach. Now as the Executive Director, Ryan is determined to reach his goal of solving the world’s water problems by providing access to clean water, sanitation and hygiene education in the poorest regions of developing countries. He is happy to continue to help spread the Ryan’s Well message of how you can make a difference at any age. You can reach Ryan at




Connie Jensen, Administrative Officer

Originally a neighbour of the Hreljac’s, Connie Jensen began her career with Ryan’s Well as a volunteer. Now the Administrative Assistant, Connie aids with general inquiries, fields donations, and offers incredible support to the rest of the Ryan’s Well team. Keely Noiles, Project Coordinator



Keely has spent much of the past decade devoted to making a difference in the lives of fellow students, her community and through international outreach. From building homes in Nicaragua, walking alongside the Maasai people of Tanzania, to championing homelessness in Ottawa, she’s followed her passion to advocate for the under-served, and bridge the gap between developed and developing nations. An avid photographer and peripatetic, Keely has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Memorial University, with a focus in International Development studies, water resource management and a minor in French. Brina Whitley, Communications & Fund Development Officer

Brina-team-photo-smallBrina has been working in the Communications field since graduating in 2013 from the University of Ottawa with a Degree in Communication and a minor in Political Science. She has worked in the not-for-profit sector in the past, applying her public relations and communications skills to enhance public engagement with local charities. She is passionate about sharing stories and connecting with people both in her hometown community of North Grenville, as well as all around the world. Brina enjoys staying active by playing hockey and hiking with her golden retriever, Bowie. You can reach Brina at
